DMCA Policy

Joey Bosa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent, identified in the contact section below.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that material on a Joey Bosa website or service infringes on your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated copyright agent with the following information. Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights.

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work, such as a URL to the original copyrighted work, a title, or a registration number.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide the specific URL(s) or other specific location(s) on Joey Bosa's services where the material you claim is infringing is located.
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party: Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on a Joey Bosa website or service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is not infringing the copyrights of others.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URL(s) or other specific location(s) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • The subscriber's name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Joey Bosa may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
